Qualifications

• Delegating work and exercising management authority on staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and salary recommendations.
• Explaining Credit Union programs, procedures, and objectives to staff and members.
• Hiring, training, coaching, motivating the branch team and setting performance goals.
• Monitoring branch activity and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Developing relationships with community organizations and members to grow the book of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit sales and service targets while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Oversee day-to-day functions, assign work, and manage staffing and promotions.
• Maintain a positive work environment and professional communication with members, teammates, and vendors.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and recognize staff; address training needs.
• Track branch metrics such as transactions, errors, loan volume, and new accounts to identify improvements.
• Grow the branch’s business through community relationships and volunteer involvement.
• Make decisions with sound judgment to provide exceptional member service and resolve issues.
• Ensure coverage for all branch roles and compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
