Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Nashville seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery functions, aligning with the regional sales team to drive growth and account development.

You will manage budgets, safety, ISO readiness, and cross-functional processes to ensure reliable, compliant performance and strong customer service across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Attend branch/company meetings and events as required; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Collaborate on product promotions, training, and inventory strategy.
• Ensure proper stock levels of core electrical products in partnership with Purchasing.
