Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Missouri seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, oversee inside sales, warehouse and delivery teams, and partner with the region's sales organization to drive customer growth.

You will coach staff, enforce safety and ISO standards, manage the branch budget, pricing, and inventory, and build strong relationships with contractors and manufacturers to deliver exceptional service and profitable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience valued.
• 5+ years experience in electrical wholesale distribution.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on targets for Inside Sales execution.
• Drive profitable sales growth through planning and execution.
• Oversee pricing, customer support, and relationships with contractors and customers.
• Maintain ISO readiness and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
