Together Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch’s performance and daily operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience while developing team members and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes setting expectations, driving sales results, and managing risk, with community representation and collaboration with cross-functional partners to execute branch initiatives.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to achieve or exceed performance goals and maintain high member service standards.
• Evaluate branch performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve results and profitability.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safety, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Coach and develop Team Members and support their growth.
• Collaborate with People Operations on hiring, onboarding, and development of branch staff.
• Engage with members to understand needs and promote appropriate products/services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support member growth and branch initiatives.
• Represent the credit union in the community and build local relationships.
• Manage branch scheduling, reporting, audits, and required meetings.
• Develop and manage the branch budget and monitor expenses.
