Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead overall branch performance and deliver outstanding member and associate experiences. Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratios by building partnerships within Members 1st and the communities it serves.
• Select qualified candidates and create development plans to assist in driving branch growth and service.
• Foster a consultative sales culture with members and staff by guiding, educating, and connecting to technology and self-service options.
