Job summary

WCCU Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team in delivering quality member service, oversee lending activities, and implement market growth strategies. You will manage budgeting, policy development, staff coaching, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional community-focused financial service.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and a customer-centric approach, with responsibility for mobile branch coordination and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capability required for branch staff
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service focus
• Knowledge of budgeting, planning and financial reporting processes
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for consumer lending and banking operations
• Ability to analyze financial reports and ensure policy compliance

Responsibilities

• Guide branch staff to deliver quality member service
• Develop and execute market plans to grow deposits and loans
• Prepare and manage branch budget and expenses
• Maintain policies, procedures, and branch handbook
• Oversee lending operations and MSR functions
