Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a credit union branch, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering exceptional member service. You will lead a team, coach for sales growth, and coordinate with business partners to maintain relationships.

You will open and close the branch as needed, plan monthly activity, and drive initiatives to improve service effectiveness while managing deposits, loans, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of credit union products, policies, and security procedures.
• Sales skills to drive new business and member retention.
• Experience supervising teams and managing branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure procedures are followed.
• Develop and mentor a team to be results-oriented and well-staffed.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with business partners via phone, email and in-person visits.
• Conduct monthly coaching/mentoring sessions to develop sales skills and review progress.
• Open/close the branch when needed and coordinate branch activities and security.
