Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, mentor and train team members with effective communication and independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, payments) to help customers reach financial goals.
