Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to drive exceptional customer experience and lead branch teams. You will coach staff, ensure compliance with banking laws, and collaboratively identify customer financial solutions across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services.

Ideal candidates have strong sales leadership in retail banking, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a proven track record in driving branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Thorough product/service knowledge and regulatory/compliance understanding.
• Strong knowledge of teller and platform functions and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members using effective communication.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank offerings and participate in local market/community initiatives.
