Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to guide branch operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on coaching teams, achieving branch goals, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the SAFÉ Act framework.

You will collaborate with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services to help customers reach financial goals, while expanding the local market presence and promoting U.S. Bank solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act and related background/credit checks.
• Position requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members using effective communication.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products in the local market and collaborate with partners to serve customers.
