Responsibilities include managing pricing, supplier relationships, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory and branch performance. A strong leader with ISO experience will thrive in this role, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, operations, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations, including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth and align targets with Sales leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
• Oversee pricing strategy, customer support, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance for operations.
