Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at the Grand Island branch. You will oversee inside sales, warehouse activities, delivery logistics, and customer relationship management, while partnering with regional sales to drive growth.

You will mentor a team across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and drivers, ensuring safety, accountability, and results. Overnight travel may be required as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO‑compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts; manage branch budget and goals.
• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, pricing, and customer support to achieve growth and profitability.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on sales targets for Inside Sales execution and with Pricing Team to maintain margins.
• Provide superior customer service and support company goals using Value Added Services; travel as needed.
