Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager in Omaha, NE to lead daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams while coordinating with regional sales to support account development.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical wholesale or related field, strong leadership, and experience with ISO-compliant processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including audit readiness and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and customer relationship management with Inside Sales alignment.
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Oversee the execution of the inside sales strategy, pricing, and customer support.
Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
Partner with outside sales teams to develop new business and expand existing accounts.
Assist with account development and make support calls on customers as necessary.
Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional service.
Provide market and customer insight to leadership for annual business planning.
