Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Successful record of coaching and developing teams to drive sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Strong customer experience focus supported by satisfaction metrics.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS identifier.
