Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a branch leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales performance. You will oversee locational teams, coach staff, and ensure compliance with all banking regulations while promoting products and services across wealth, business banking, mortgage and payment services.

You will guide a diverse team, expand branch reach in the local market, and maintain high standards of customer care through effective communication and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act (Reg Z) and related background/credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members using effective communication and critical thinking.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
