Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members, using independent judgement when performing duties.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfil needs by directing them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote and participate in the local market/community to identify needs and promote U.S. Bank products and services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive digital usage for customers.
• Partner with district, regional and divisional leadership to optimize human capital, grow revenue and manage expenses.
