Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee daily operations at a local branch, ensuring an excellent customer experience and strict adherence to banking laws and regulations.

You will coach, mentor, and train team members, empowering them to deliver the bank’s best service and to identify financial solutions for customers. In this role you will partner with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments teams to grow the local market, expand the customer base, and promote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members with independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction to appropriate products & services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and participate in local market/community initiatives.
