Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement in duties.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services through community engagement and relationship building.
