• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members.
• Promote digital solutions and drive customer adoption of products and services.
• Build and expand customer relationships and local market presence.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and motivate the team to exceed expectations.
