Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to drive excellent customer experience and lead branch teams to meet goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations. The role involves coaching staff, identifying customer financial needs, and directing them to suitable products and services.

You will promote bank offerings, expand the branch’s customer base, and collaborate with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments services to support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local market footprint.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with U.S. Bank culture.
