The role emphasizes coaching, developing talent, meeting branch goals, and promoting the bank’s products within local markets and communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services in collaboration with partners
