Job summary

Rexel USA is hiring a Branch Manager for the Youngstown, OH area. You will lead branch teams, manage daily operations, and drive profitable growth while ensuring safety and excellent service.

The role requires strong sales and leadership experience within electrical distribution and B2B environments, with responsibilities spanning budgets, personnel, and vendor relations. On-site work with standard hours and delivery duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license if deliveries are required.
• High School or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet or exceed sales, net income, and budgets.
• Maintain safety standards and perform facility and asset inspections.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to support growth.
• Perform and/or oversee inventory control and daily branch operations.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to achieve branch goals.
• May perform counter sales, orders processing, stocking, shipping as needed.
