You will collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors to implement branch strategies and meet performance targets. Candidates need 5+ years in sales/operations in electrical distribution and 2+ years of leadership; forklift certification and valid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license (if deliveries are required).
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve profitable growth while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coach and develop branch team; provide motivation, direction, and training.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Drive customer relationships and service quality with vendors and clients.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support branch goals.
• Perform deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
