Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Charlottesville, VA location. You will lead and coach a team to drive profitable branch performance, manage budgets, and implement sales and operations strategies. Responsibilities include safety, inventory control, and strong customer/vendor relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/operations with leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification preferred. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual MVR review.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools and leading branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure staff have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage P&L to meet sales, income, asset management, and budgets.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct inspections.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors; deliver high service levels.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch goals; assist with deliveries when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
