Job summary

Rexel USA–Youngstown seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure safe operations at the Youngstown, OH location. You will oversee budgets, inventory, and customer relations while implementing sales strategies to grow the business.

The role requires strong leadership, over 5 years in sales/ops in a B2B environment, and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and forklift/warehouse certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to achieve profitable performance.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales and income targets.
• Ensure safety, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support branch growth.
