Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Youngstown, OH location. You will lead a team to drive profitability, safety, and customer service, while managing inventory and branch operations to meet budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in sales/ops, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Occasional deliveries and collaboration with sales/marketing teams are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Solar Eclipse) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and budget targets.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure safety standards.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors and deliver excellent service.
