Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and coach the team, drive profitable operations, and manage branch safety and performance. The role emphasizes P&L accountability, inventory control, and customer relations within a fast-paced electrical distribution context.

You will work with sales, operations, and marketing to implement strategies, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and expense budgets.
• Maintain inventory control procedures and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners and departments to support growth goals.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Ensure branch safety standards and regulatory compliance.
