Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily branch operations and staffing, performance appraisals, and salary recommendations.
• Foster a positive work environment and professional communication with members, teammates, management and vendors.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team; set goals and provide feedback.
• Monitor branch activity and performance to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and members to grow the branch's business; represent the Credit Union in the community.
• Make decisions with sound judgment and resolve issues and complaints independently.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all branch roles and compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
