Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or sales team with a focus on member service.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and Credit Union policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining compliance with regulations and Align policies.
• Delegate and manage staffing, performance reviews, promotions, and salary recommendations.
• Foster a positive, professional work environment for members, teammates, management and vendors.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and motivate branch staff; set goals and provide feedback.
• Monitor branch performance metrics: transactions, errors, loan volume, sales, and new accounts.
• Grow the branch book of business through community relations and staff involvement.
• Resolve member issues and complaints with sound judgment and exceptional service.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all branch roles, including teller and member service duties.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements to protect the Credit Union and members.
