Qualifications

• Experience supervising branch staff and daily operations.

• Provide excellent member service and handle inquiries.
• Must obtain NMLS certification as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day branch operations and staff.
• Coach and train Head Teller and team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and audit guidelines.
• Handle member accounts, loans, complaints and inquiries.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and supervise staff.
• Maintain security controls and minimize risk at the branch.
• Assist in implementing new procedures and resources.
• Engage with the community to promote Align Credit Union.
