Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment
• Advanced product/service knowledge and regulatory/compliance awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; use judgement for duties
• Identify customer financial needs and route to appropriate products/services
• Expand customer base and represent U.S. Bank in the local market/community
