U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience in the local market.

The role focuses on meeting goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering growth through collaboration with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services. The position requires strong coaching, leadership, and sales skills, with experience in a banking environment and knowledge of teller functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Thorough product/service knowledge and thorough regulatory and compliance awareness.
• Strong knowledge of teller and platform functions, including transactions, balancing cash, accounts opening and sales techniques.
• Effective interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, and sales activities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws.
• Coach, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and direct them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community.
