Job summary

U.S. Bank in Walla Walla, WA is seeking a Branch Manager 3 to lead the local branch team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and drive compliance with banking laws while coordinating with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services.

You will coach, mentor, and train staff, set priorities, and build strong relationships with customers and the community to grow the branch footprint and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• Advanced product/service knowledge and regulatory, policy and compliance issues.
• Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, and sales abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with real-time feedback.
• Lead branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local market/community.
