Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Concord, NH to lead a high-performing team, drive branch performance and sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across digital and in-branch channels.

You will coach staff, build relationships with the local community, and ensure operational excellence, all while guiding strategic decisions to meet branch goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and world-class service.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS.

• Lead the branch team to exceed customer expectations and sales targets.
• Drive branch performance, sales growth, and exceptional colleague/customer experiences.
