Job summary

Union Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for the North Conway Branch in New Hampshire. The role oversees overall branch operations, customer growth, and community outreach while serving as the face of the bank to business clients.

You will guide financial fulfillment, treasury management, and lending needs, and lead a team with a focus on compliance and exceptional customer experience. This opportunity offers growth within a long-standing Vermont/NH community bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years banking experience and related banking coursework completed.
• Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
• Ability to originate consumer and home equity loan products.
• Familiarity with business lending concepts and Treasury Management.
• Proficient with bank platforms and teller/loan origination systems.
• Supervisory experience required; independent management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop new business and drive customer growth in the community.
• Provide financial guidance on Treasury Management and Lending to business clients.
• Recruit, mentor and coach teammates in performance and product knowledge.
