Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Leadership experience with coaching to drive sales excellence and world-class service.
4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
Proven record of meeting sales goals in a profit and loss environment.
Drive customer experience validated by surveys.
Maintain strong partnerships with community organizations.
Meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Responsibilities
