Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales/retail management or banking environment.
• Advanced product/service knowledge and regulatory/compliance awareness.
• Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Experience with teller and platform functions, including cash handling and opening accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members.
