Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members using independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payments) to help customers reach financial goals.
