U.S. Bank is seeking a branch leadership professional to drive customer experience, coach teams, and grow the branch footprint in the Cincinnati market.

You will lead branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with partners to meet customers’ financial goals. The role requires strong people leadership, numeric literacy for budgets and trends, and a proven track record in retail banking or sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z required.
• Experience leading branch teams and meeting goals; strong regulatory/compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff; excellent customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws/regulations.
• Coach, mentor and train team members; use independent judgement in duties.
• Identify customer financial needs and direct customers to appropriate products/services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products/services and expand the local market footprint.
• Collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, payment services).
