The role requires active management of daily operations, strategic market engagement, and a strong focus on driving growth while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction to appropriate products/services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products/services and expand the customer base in the local market/community.
