You will guide teams to meet sales and service goals, develop talent, and collaborate with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments to serve customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• Advanced product/service knowledge and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policies and procedures.
• Experience with teller and platform functions including transactions, cash handling, accounts opening, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members using effective communication and critical thinking.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local customer base.
• Act as leader for customer experience and drive results through partnership with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments teams.
