Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee operations and ensure an excellent customer experience aligned with our culture and values. You will lead multiple branches, coach staff, and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations while meeting business goals.

You will develop staff, identify customer financial needs, and collaborate with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgages, and payments to grow the local market and promote U.S. Bank products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members, exercising independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to appropriate products and services.
• Expand customer base and promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community.
