Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller in Parma, Ohio to act as a resource for resolving client servicing issues and coaching tellers. You will balance cash, manage teller scheduling, and help transition clients to bankers for deeper financial conversations.

You’ll support branch compliance and day-to-day operations while promoting products and services to help clients reach their financial goals. This role requires strong relationship skills and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in a branch setting and coach others.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues efficiently.
• Observe and coach tellers to enhance client experience and operations.
• Assist clients with financial wellness opportunities and transitions to bankers.
• Schedule tellers and ensure branch staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain knowledge of product guides and policies.
