Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organization skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and serves as a resource for complex client servicing issues.
• Coaches tellers and manages day-to-day teller line operations.
• Identifies financial wellness opportunities and transitions clients to a Banker.
• Participates in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, audits, and security procedures.
• Supports onboarding and training of new Tellers.
• Follows branch operating standards and maintains product knowledge.
