Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel, work the required schedule, and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service while minimizing loss.
• Order parts via sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet; perform routine cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock to specification.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped timely and coordinate returns with the warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers.
