Job summary

Qualifications

• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner who enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce loss risk.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory levels with Centralized Parts Ordering; ensure timely, defect-free deliveries.
• Receive, store, and organize parts; perform frequent inventory cycle counts; update PartsNet.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and ensure tires are stocked as needed.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and returns are followed up with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to ensure repairs are scheduled as parts are available.
• Provide vendor support and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Support the branch financial manager to improve profitability.
