Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts through the sourcing procedure and coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive and store parts, update PartsNet, perform cycle counts, and ensure parts availability.
• Manage battery inventory and ensure tires are stocked in correct quantities and specs.
• Coordinate warranty items shipments and follow-ups with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor support and payments processing are accurate.
• Conduct process analyses in Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, and RO reviews.
