Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and tech-savvy capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and security.
• Educate clients on mobile banking and digital tools.
• Identify needs and match clients with banking solutions.
• Greet customers and uphold hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and attend trainings.
