Job summary

Capital One in East Plano is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our digital-first branch. You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy, teach customers how to use mobile banking and remote deposits, and connect them with the right banking solutions.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment, greeting guests, solving problems, and guiding journeys through our tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and follow security/audit standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to needs and pair customers with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with warmth of a community-focused partner.
