Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cash transactions with accuracy and compliant with security standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, community‑minded environment.
